Role Description

This is a full time position for a Senior Engineer, based in Seremban. The Senior Engineer will oversee and manage civil and structural engineering projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Responsibilities include project design, analysis, supervision, and coordination with clients and stakeholders. The Senior Engineer will also mentor junior engineers, review technical documentation and provide innovative solutions to engineering challenges.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Civil and Structural Engineering, including design, analysis and project management
• Proficiency in utilizing engineering software tools for drafting and modelling
• Ability to manage and mentor a team, ensuring quality and timely delivery of projects
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of local building codes and industry standards
• A Professional Engineer (PE) certification with the Board of Engineers Malaysia is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional proficiency in local languages is advantageous
• Experience in stakeholder management and leading multidisciplinary teams
