Responsibilities
• Support sourcing and procurement activities for project materials, equipment, and subcontractor packages.
• Prepare cost comparisons, commercial evaluations, and procurement analysis.
• Issue and manage Purchase Orders (PO), delivery coordination, invoice reconciliation, and procurement documentation.
• Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, site teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth procurement operations and timely deliveries.
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers and vendors.
• Maintain procurement records, supplier quotations, material tracking, and O&M documentation. • Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, safety standards, and project requirements.
Requirements
• SPM, Diploma, or Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or project-based environments.
• Experience in supplier sourcing, procurement coordination, and vendor management.
• Good negotiation, coordination, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced project environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Experience in project procurement and subcontractor management is an added advantage.
• Knowledge in Electrical Engineering is an added advantage.
