ALG is currently hiring NDT Technicians for our internationally renowned airline client based in Singapore. This role will be on a long-term contract with option extension and a chance for permanent role conversion should you excel.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist NDT and BSI Authorisation Holders to perform NDT and BSI inspections on aircraft structures and components/parts/engines/APUs.
• Carrying out and certifying inspections in the NDT method specified in their authorization where applicable
• Maintain good housekeeping, documentation, equipment, and tools to ensure compliance with airworthiness standards
• Maintain a high level of situational awareness and by fully compliant in all matters related to general safety and personal safety as guided by company and industrial practices
• Ensure validity of calibration of all inspection and test equipment before use
• Conduct regular checks on chemical expiry and maintain its records
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by Engineering Supervisor (NDT).

Job Requirements:

• Ideally has 1 - 2 years of Aerospace experience and possess NAS 410/ EN 4179 Level I certification on FPI. Other FPI Level 1 certificates can be considered if the candidate can demonstrate his proficiency.
• Able to perform rotating day and night shift.
• Able to effectively utilize lifting devices.
• Fresh entry level candidate preferably with educational qualification in Aviation can be considered.
