We are looking for a responsible and motivated Logistics Assistant to support daily warehouse operations. The role ensures smooth handling of inventory, order fulfilment, and system transactions in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Perform picking and packing based on customer order sheets
Carry out receiving, checking, and releasing of goods (quality and quantity verification)
Perform scanning, labelling, and put-away of goods
Conduct cycle count and stock take activities
Update inventory transactions in Warehouse Management System (WMS) and SAP (Goods Receipt / Goods Issue)
Liaise with internal customer service teams and external service providers or suppliers
Maintain proper housekeeping and ensure warehouse safety standards
Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Computer literate and able to use basic warehouse systems (WMS/SAP experience is an advantage)
1–2 years of experience in logistics/warehouse industry or related education background is preferred
Good attendance, punctuality, and positive working attitude
Willing to perform overtime when required
Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Reach Truck / VNA license or experience is an added advantage
