Job Summary

You will develop, implement, test, support, and maintain software applications while assisting with project management. Collaborate with teams to enhance applications, provide customer training and support, and deploy SaaS solutions with cybersecurity measures.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, test, and maintain software applications to fulfill business requirements
• Assist project management to ensure timely delivery and maintain quality standards
• Enhance and upgrade existing applications to meet evolving business needs
• Provide training and technical support to customers on company application systems
• Support new customer implementations of application software as an Associate Consultant
• Liaise with stakeholders to test, support, maintain, and deploy SaaS solutions on cloud platforms ensuring cybersecurity compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
• Design, develop, and maintain applications using Mecwise low-code platforms
• Write custom code within the low-code environment to extend application functionality as required
• Deliver responsive and professional service to external customers and internal teams

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma, Higher NITEC, or equivalent in Finance, Information Technology, or Computer Studies
• Knowledge of Financial Accounting principles
• Experience with MS .NET or SQL environments
• Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and improve software development
• Communicate technical information clearly and effectively
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Respond rapidly and professionally to customer problems
