Job Description

Responsibilities

Architectural Drafter

  • Working Days: Monday - Friday
  • Working Time: 9am to 6pm
  • Working Location: Toa Payoh
  • Salary: $ 2300 - $ 2500


Key Responsibilities:

  • Proficient in AutoCAD 
  • Able to read and interprete architectural and structural as built plans
  • Basic knowledge in CP83 and able to prepare submission drawings including plans, sections and elevations
  • Basic knowledge in building authority requirements, such as SCDF and BCA
  • Past experience in preparing tender drawings, details drawing is a plus
  • Basic knowledge in M & E system, such as automatic fire sprinkler system, air conditioning and mechanical ventilation system (ACMV) are welcome

Requirements:

  • Minimum ITE
  • Training Provided
