Responsibilities

Location: KL Sentral, Kuala Lumpur
Market: Singapore (Mandarin & English Support)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Weekends off (Saturday & Sunday)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Care Officer to join our Customer & Distributor Management team supporting the Singapore market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service through phone calls, live chat, and email while ensuring accurate case handling and timely resolution of customer issues.

This role requires strong communication skills in Mandarin and English, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced contact center environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally via calls, chats, and emails
  • Respond to customer and distributor inquiries in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintain and update customer information in CRM systems
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring proper follow-up
  • Coordinate with internal departments to support issue resolution
  • Escalate complex cases to supervisors or relevant teams when necessary
  • Ensure adherence to company service quality standards and procedures
  • Deliver a consistent, empathetic, and professional customer experience

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
  • Minimum B2 level English proficiency
  • Experience in BPO, contact center, or insurance customer service is highly preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-focused mindset with resilience under pressure

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
