Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Weekends off (Saturday & Sunday)
Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Care Officer to join our Customer & Distributor Management team supporting the Singapore market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service through phone calls, live chat, and email while ensuring accurate case handling and timely resolution of customer issues.
This role requires strong communication skills in Mandarin and English, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced contact center environment.
