JOB SUMMARY
A Detailing Executive is responsible for executing professional detailing and surface protection services in accordance with company standards. This role involves performing interior and exterior detailing, paint correction, and coating-related preparation and application while ensuring consistent quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
To carry out PPF and Window Tint installation.
To deliver high-standard workmanship, maintain tools and materials, premises and support the company’s reputation for professional detailing excellence.
This position plays a critical role in reinforcing the company’s reputation for premium workmanship and uncompromising quality.
MAIN TASK AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Product and services explanation to all customers and potential customers, when necessary, by recommending appropriate services based on vehicle condition and customer needs.
- Perform exterior and interior vehicle detailing services, including multi-stage washing, decontamination, polishing, and surface protection preparation.
- Execute detailing and coating-related procedures in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Inspect vehicles before and after service to ensure quality, consistency, and defect-free results.
- Properly handle, apply, and store detailing chemicals, tools, and equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the premise.
- Identify surface defects or issues and report findings to supervisors or relevant teams.
- Support operational efficiency by completing jobs within allocated timelines without compromising quality.
- Assist in training or supporting junior detailing staff when required.
- Perform Paint Protection Film (PPF) installation services, including surface preparation, film application, trimming, and finishing in accordance with company standards and SOPs.
- Perform car window tint installation services, including preparation, cutting, application, and quality inspection to ensure professional finishing and compliance with company standards.
- Perform commercial and industrial coating services when required.
- Accurately manage POS system transactions, including job entries, service selections, payments, and receipts in accordance with company procedures and financial controls.
- Maintain an immaculate, organized, and presentable premise and customer-facing environment.

QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 1–2 years of experience in automotive detailing, car care, or related service roles (fresh graduates may be considered for junior roles).
- Physically fit and able to perform hands-on detailing work.
- Able to work independently, multitask, and maintain high quality under operational pressure.
- Experience working with high-value or luxury vehicles is preferred.
