The Opportunity
Zenika Singapore is entering an important next phase of growth. The business has built strong foundations in the market and now wants to deepen its presence in selected strategic accounts, with a particular focus on the Public Sector/Government Sector.
Having established a solid foundation and track record within the Singapore Public Sector, the focus of this role is to nurture, expand, and strategically scale our existing footprint within GovTech and broader Whole-of-Government (WOG) initiatives. The opportunity is to appoint an account manager who can help Zenika grow from a respected delivery vendor into an embedded, strategic transformation partner.
The Role
Reporting to the Managing Director, the Account Manager will be responsible for developing, farming, and growing Zenika’s presence across selected public sector accounts in Singapore. The core focus will be on building deep senior client relationships, identifying and shaping upstream opportunities, developing "land and expand" account plans, and working closely with Zenika’s delivery and technical teams to ensure clients experience Zenika as a high-quality, trusted partner.
