Key Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising day-to-day site activities and construction progress.
• Monitor work quality and ensure adherence to safety and building standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, and on-site engineers.
• Maintain site records including attendance, work reports, and material usage.
• Help conduct site inspections and report deviations or delays.
• Support procurement tracking and inventory management.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of construction processes and safety norms.
• Willingness to work on-site in varying conditions.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD or project management tools is a plus.
