Accounting Assistant (Mandarin & English Speaking)

Location: Subang Jaya
Salary Range : RM4,000 to RM7,000

INP Group Australia seeking a Mandarin and English speaking accounting assistant to join their team in Subang Jaya, Malaysia. The role involves managing and updating accounts for their Australian clients and liaising with clients abroad.

Requirements:
- Fluency in Mandarin and English
- 2-3 years of accounting knowledge
- Proficiency in MYOB or XERO
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills

- Knowledge in IFRS / MFRS will be given first preference

Responsibilities:
- Manage and update accounts for overseas companies
-Bank Reconciliation
- AR / AP Reconciliation
-Update and Maintain Asset Register
-Monthly Payroll Calculation
- Liaise with overseas clients to ensure smooth communication and resolve any issues that may arise
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Assist in various accounting tasks as assigned by the supervisor
