Job Description

Responsibilities

Business Development Responsibilities:

  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
  • Identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services
  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
  • Developing goals and strategy for business growth that focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and actively manage own sales pipeline
  • Hit or over-achieve against monthly revenue target, based on annual budget
  • Manage report and communicate progress accurately and timely to the management. Ie: the successes and areas needing improvements
  • Maintain up to date of the product knowledge and competitor product knowledge to ensure an in-depth understanding on the market and to remain competitive
  • To act as a credible ambassador on behalf of the company when speaking to potential customers
  • Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan
  • To ensure consciously promote the company and services that would promote lateral sales and the positive image of the company.
  • Following industry trends locally and internationally
  • To attend to any other assigned task by the management from time – to – time

Business Development Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Excellent interpersonal skill with both verbal and written communication and IT fluency
  • Good in relationship building, achieving sales goals and market knowledge
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
  • Ability to work with professionalism, honesty and integrity maintaining confidentiality
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Comfortable using a computer for various tasks
  • Salary range: Basis RM 2500 + Commission up to RM 5,000

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
