Job Description

Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and organized Admin Executive to support the daily operations at our Property Management Site Office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling administrative coordination, documentation, resident-related matters, and supporting the smooth operation of property management activities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative operations and office documentation.
  • Recording and monitoring residents’ complaints and maintenance requests
  • Coordinating with technicians, cleaners, security guards, landscapers, and contractors
  • Handling defect reports and follow-up status updates
  • Managing filing for tenancy/property documents, invoices, quotations, and contracts
  • Assisting with invoice processing, payment tracking, and service documentation
  • Updating reports related to maintenance, facilities, and building operations
  • Monitoring access cards, parking records, visitor registration, or facility booking records
  • Supporting JMB/MC administrative matters if applicable
  • Answering calls, walk-in inquiries, and resident-related issues at the management office
  • Coordinating meetings and preparing meeting minutes
  • Ensuring the site office runs smoothly on a daily basis

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Administration/Business Administration/ Finance/Accounting/Secretarial Studies/Property Management or other related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in administrative roles.
  • Experience in property/site administration will be an added advantage.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and organized.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
