HR Admin
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Admin to support daily human resources and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, employee records management, payroll coordination, onboarding, and general office administration while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Assist with recruitment activities including job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding
- Prepare HR documents such as contracts, memos, and employment certificates
- Monitor attendance, leaves, and employee timekeeping
- Coordinate payroll inputs and government-mandated benefits
- Support employee engagement and company activities
- Handle office supplies, filing, and general administrative tasks
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor requirements
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR and administrative concerns
- Assist management with HR reports and documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 2 years+ of HR or administrative experience preferred
- Knowledge of HR processes and labor regulations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with payroll or HRIS systems
- Recruitment and onboarding experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Administrative coordination experience
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
