- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and maintaining strong, positive relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead and coordinate technical and project teams upon contract award to ensure smooth and successful project execution.
- Oversee full project delivery, including EPC, design, construction management, and design-and-build projects from initiation through to completion.
- Engage with key stakeholders such as system owners, area owners, tool owners, consultants, and relevant authorities to effectively resolve project issues.
- Ensure all project activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal ethics and compliance standards.
- Develop, implement, and monitor project schedules to achieve timely completion and successful handover.
- Take full ownership and accountability for overall project delivery, performance, and contract execution.
- Track project financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and schedule monitoring to ensure profitability.
- Attend and contribute to commercial, technical, design, internal, and site meetings as required.
- Ensure strict compliance with Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) requirements (DOSH) and adherence to cleanroom standards and operational procedures.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering.
- 10 years of relevant working experience in industrial project or construction operations.
- Candidate with experience in dealing with multi-discipline projects especially in HVAC and cleanroom projects prioritized.
- Good in English and Bahasa Malaysia both in writing and communication. Proficient in Mandarin language a must to liaise with mandarin speaking counterparts.
- Must possess a valid CIDB Green card.
- Must be willing to work in Taman Molek, Johor.
