Public Relations Account Coordinator (Intern)

This is a trainee position in a Public Relations agency and will support the execution of client campaigns and activities. 

The position reports to Account Executives/Account Managers and will be supervised and mentored by a Senior Consultant/ Associate Director. The candidate will primarily interface with colleagues but will eventually have direct interface with clients and external parties such as media and influencers.

Do note that we are a mostly remote team with one mandatory day in the office each Wednesday. Therefore, we are looking for trainees who are self-motivated and disciplined.

Trainee to be involved in:

1. Media and influencer monitoring and reporting
2. Media and influencer relations
3. Research and brainstorming
4. Content creation (eg, press releases, social media posts etc)
5. New business research and proposal development
6. Logistical support for events and activations (eg, media kit development and seeding etc)
7. Account administration including managing files and folders (eg, contact lists and media databases, etc)
