About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Admin Executive to join our team at Sunrise Solar Solution Sdn. Bhd. in Kuching, Sarawak. As an Admin, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of our organization. What you'll be doing

• Providing comprehensive administrative support to the management team and other departments

• Managing office supplies and inventory, ensuring timely procurement and efficient utilization

• Handling various administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, data entry, and document management

• Assisting with the coordination of meetings, events, and travel arrangements

• Serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries and correspondence in a professional manner

• Supporting the implementation of office policies and procedures to maintain efficiency and compliance

• Collaborating with the wider team to identify and implement process improvements

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in a similar industry

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to priorities tasks and work under pressure

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software

• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
