Job Summary
Manage operational and logistics needs for corporate events, media productions, overseas projects, and on-site activations, ensuring seamless coordination and execution across multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project operations and logistics to support corporate events, media productions, overseas client projects, and on-site activations
- Plan and schedule transport and inventory control to ensure timely delivery and availability of resources for projects
- Manage supplier relationships by communicating requirements and coordinating deliveries to meet project timelines
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation to support client servicing and overseas execution
- Communicate effectively in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients, suppliers, and overseas stakeholders for project coordination and support
- Collaborate with clients, venues, contractors, internal production teams, and overseas partners to ensure smooth project delivery
- Execute on-site event logistics, including setup and coordination, adapting to irregular hours, evenings, weekends, and public holidays as project schedules demand
- Travel frequently between Singapore, China, and other overseas locations to support project execution and client engagement
- Apply strong attention to detail and responsibility to manage time-sensitive event conditions and ensure quality outcomes
- Utilize knowledge of Singapore venue logistics, loading bay procedures, and event setup requirements to enhance project coordination and execution
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Familiarity with Singapore venue logistics, loading bay procedures, and event setup requirements
- Able to prepare detailed checklists, schedules, inventory records and cost-tracking reports using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets or similar tools.
- Experience coordinating overseas projects
- Basic videography & photography skills
