Job Summary:
Responsible for supervising daily workshop operations, ensuring all repair and maintenance work is carried out efficiently, safely, and according to Proton standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead technicians in performing vehicle repair, servicing, and maintenance
• Ensure all jobs are completed within the given timeline and meet quality standards
• Diagnose complex technical issues and provide solutions to technicians
• Monitor job progress and update Service Advisor on repair status
• Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and workshop facilities
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the workshop at all times
• Conduct final inspection before vehicle delivery to customers
• Assist in technical training and guidance for junior technicians
• Ensure compliance with company SOP and Proton service guidelines

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma / Certificate in Automotive Engineering or related field
• At least 3–5 years experience in automotive workshop (preferably Proton)
• Strong technical and diagnostic skills
• Leadership and team management ability
• Good communication skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Possess valid driving license (Class D)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
