Job Responsibilities

E-commerce Operations:

• Handle return and refund orders efficiently
• Manage product listings and updates across platforms (e.g. Shopee, TikTok)
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Monitor and manage customer reviews and ratings
• Assist in affiliate (KOL/creator) coordination and campaigns

Administrative Support:

• Prepare and process invoices and delivery orders (DO)
• Coordinate shipments and liaise with logistics partners
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Organize and maintain proper documentation and filing

Requirements

• Age below 26 years old
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and computer skills
• Experience with AutoCount system is an added advantage
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Salary & Benefits

• RM2,000 – RM2,500 (depending on experience and performance)

Working Hours

• Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Location: Permatang Tinggi, Penang (near Alma & Simpang Ampat)
