Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service at all times.

• Take customer orders accurately and make recommendations from the menu when needed.

• Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Handle cash and card transactions efficiently and accurately.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining and service areas.

• Assist with food preparation and packaging as needed.

• Monitor and restock supplies, utensils, and condiments.

• Resolve customer complaints or issues in a polite and professional manner.

• Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards to ensure a safe environment.

Pay: RM7.00 - RM10.00 per hour
