Job Responsibilities:

1. KPI Monitoring and Performance Analysis
Monitor operational KPIs on a regular basis, conduct in-depth performance analysis, identify root causes of issues, and drive corrective actions with responsible teams to ensure continuous improvement and closed-loop management..

2. Issue Resolution and Continuous Improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues, implement improvement plans, and track effectiveness to enhance overall service quality and efficiency.

3. Quality Training and Standard Enforcement
Support the development and delivery of quality training programs, ensure operational standards are clearly communicated and consistently followed across teams.

4. Specialty Business Operations
Oversee the operations of specialty businesses such as durian logistics, including order intake, shipment handling, and last-mile coordination to ensure smooth and reliable service delivery.

5. End-to-End Operational Support
Provide full-cycle operational support to international export from order creation to final delivery, proactively monitor exceptions and ensure timely resolution.

6. Data Reporting and Insights Generation
Prepare regular reports and dashboards, provide actionable insights to management, and support data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in logistics, operations, or performance management (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to travel frequently.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
