Requirements
- Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Minimum 10 (Ten) years of relevant work experience in similar industry
- Good interpersonal, communication and report writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- In depth knowledge of Labor and Employment ordinances and regulations
- Fluent and knowledgeable with Government Statutory Requirements
- Working knowledge in electronic Payroll System is a great advantage
- Experienced in Human Resources metrics and developement
- Advanced skills in ICT processes with hands-on experience
- Matured, proactive, independent and a team player
