Job Responsibilities:
1. Customer Handling & Sales Conversion
- Respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms
- Attend and assist walk-in customers professionally
- Recommend suitable tyres, services, and products based on customer needs
- Provide clear explanations on pricing, promotions, and value
2. Sales Growth & Performance
- Actively drive and increase workshop sales
- Upsell and cross-sell products (tyres, alignment, balancing, services, etc.)
- Follow up with customers to close sales
- Achieve monthly sales targets
3. Marketing & Online Presence
- Create and post sales content on social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Reply to comments and messages to convert leads into customers
- Assist in running promotions and campaigns
4. Workshop Coordination
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure smooth service flow
- Ensure correct job orders and customer requirements are fulfilled
- Maintain good communication between front desk and workshop
5. Customer Experience
- Deliver excellent customer service (premium experience like 4S center)
- Build long-term relationships with customers
- Handle complaints professionally and follow up
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (BM & English, Mandarin is a plus)
- Sales-driven mindset (not just admin work)
- Confident, proactive, and customer-oriented
- Basic knowledge of automotive/tyres is an advantage
- Experience in sales or customer service preferred
