Job Responsibilities :

• Assisting Sous Chef in preparing meals for breakfast, ala-carte and buffet included meal preparation for big events.
• To ensure sufficient stock of ingredients for meal preparation on daily basis.
• To assist and monitor food stocks and stock movement
• Ensure that work is carried out to the highest health, safety and hygiene standards
• To ensure minimum kitchen wastage
• To learn and record skills and recipes from Head Chef and other members of the kitchen team.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
