Position : Project Designer (Sales Interior Designer)

Location : Millerz Square, Old Klang Road

Salary : Up to RM 4,000 – RM 8,000 (With allowances and commission)

Working Hours : 9am – 6pm (Tuesday – Saturday)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Project Designer (Sales Interior Designer) to combine creative design expertise with strong sales capabilities. The role focuses on developing tailored interior design solutions, presenting concepts to clients, and converting enquiries into successful project closures.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet clients to understand design preferences, lifestyle needs, space requirements, and budget
• Develop interior design concepts, space planning layouts, and 3D visualizations
• Present design proposals, materials, and solutions to secure client approval and project conversion
• Prepare quotations, cost estimates, and complete project documentation
• Follow up on leads, enquiries, and proposals to convert opportunities into confirmed projects
• Coordinate with contractors, project teams, and installers to ensure smooth project execution
• Conduct site visits to verify design implementation, accuracy, and quality standards
• Manage multiple projects from concept development to final completion
• Support showroom operations and engage walk-in customers with design consultation
• Stay updated on interior design trends, materials, and industry innovations

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or related field
• 1+ year of experience in interior design or sales design role; fresh graduates with strong portfolio are encouraged to apply
• Proficiency in SketchUp, KD Max, AI House, or similar 3D design tools
• Strong sales mindset with good presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Good communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Creative, detail-oriented, and customer-focused approach

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Up to RM8,000.00 per month
