Responsibilities
HR & ADMIN EXECUTIVE
JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Foreign Workers Management
· Ensure timely renewal of work permits and passports;
· Maintain accurate records and updated of all foreign worker details (e.g., passport expiry, permit validity);
· Liaise with government authorities (e.g., Immigration, JTKSM) for compliance matters;
· Handle medical check-up arrangements (FOMEMA) and insurance for foreign workers;
· Coordinate recruitment and arrival of foreign workers (including documentation & liaison with agencies);
· Assist in grievances, misconduct, or disciplinary issues involving foreign workers;
· Responsible for coordinating and ensuring the safe and timely transport for foreign workers in the event of a workplace accident or health issue to the nearest Hospital or Clinic and accompany the worker if required;
Insurance & Road Tax Renewal (Lorries and Company Vehicles)
· Monitor expiry dates for vehicle insurance and road tax;
· Liaise with insurance agents for vehicle insurance;
· Arrange timely road tax renewal for all company vehicles and ensure valid documentation is kept in each vehicle.
· Maintain a vehicle tracking log to ensure timely servicing, inspection (PUSPAKOM), and compliance.
Lorry Drivers Contractor
· Prepare contract for service for new lorry contractor (copy IC, GDL licence, driving licence);
· Issue PA insurance for new lorry contractor;
· Ensure timely processing of lorry driver contract wages.
Admin Work
· Company licence renewal (e.g., MTIB, MDT, Jabatan Hutan)
· Other duties are assigned by superiors and the Management from time to time.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
