Full Time Planning Manager Jobs, salary up to MYR 7,000 in Projek Teknologi 6D Sdn Bhd Mersing - Ricebowl

Responsibilities

• Develop construction programs for medium to large-scale projects.
• Prepare Master Work Programme by using Primavera 6 or Microsoft Project
• Oversees specialized planning functions such as large-scale new development proposals and environmental studies.
• Prepares reports on operations and activities, recommending improvements and modifications.
• Attend monthly/weekly meeting to present the progress of the project.
• Performs and manages complex and sensitive professional planning projects, research, and analysis.
• Assigns work to professional staff and ensures appropriate training is provided
• Review overall project status with the Project Control team and Project Management and recommend corrective action where necessary.
• Ensures that the management is kept fully informed about the condition of the agency and about any trends, events, or emerging issues of significance.

Requirements:

• The candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil), or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): proven management skills and ability to manage day-to-day operations, strong written and oral communication skills, preparation of technical reports, strong interpersonal and public relations skills to work effectively, strong organizational skills, and strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• At least 10 years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work within Malaysia.
• Previous experience in Project Controls, Planning, EOT Analysis, Claims, and Project Management
• Preferably with prior experience specializing in Engineering - construction, structural or equivalent in rail, data centers, semiconductors or high tech facilities

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From RM7,000.00 per month
