Job Description

Responsibilities

CSY Global Resources is seeking a responsible, organized, and detail-oriented Admin Cum Account Executive to support daily administrative operations and manage essential accounting functions. This role is vital in ensuring smooth office management, accurate financial record-keeping, and effective coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Duties

* Manage daily office operations, filing systems, and company documentation.

* Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer or supplier inquiries professionally.

* Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery orders, and purchase orders.

* Maintain staff attendance, leave records, and internal reports.

* Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams for smooth workflow.

* Organize meetings, schedules, and company correspondence.

* Ensure proper stock and office supply management.

Accounting Duties

* Handle bookkeeping, data entry, and maintain accurate financial records.

* Manage accounts payable and receivable.

* Prepare monthly financial reports, payment tracking, and expense records.

* Perform bank reconciliations.

* Work with external auditors or accountants when required.

Requirements

* Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

* Minimum 1–2 years experience in admin and/or accounting roles (fresh graduates with strong skills may apply).

* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (such as SQL, AutoCount, or similar).

* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

* Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin is an added advantage).

* High level of accuracy, responsibility, and confidentiality.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualities

* Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.

* Strong time management skills.

* Familiarity with SME business operations.

* Experience in inventory or sales administration is an advantage.

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
