What you'll be doing

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
• Coordinate and deliver training and development programs to support employee growth and engagement
• Assist with performance management, including goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews
• Provide employee support and manage employee relations, addressing any issues or concerns that arise
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HR initiatives align with the company's overall strategy and objectives
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation

What we're looking for

• Relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a HR generalist role, preferably in a customer service or call centre environment
• Strong knowledge of labour laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across the organisation
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive employee matters with diplomacy and discretion
• Proficient in HR software and database management
• A proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented approach to work

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
