HIRING: Civil Engineers / Project Engineer / with Quantity Surveyor Experience

Working time: Monday – Friday (8.00 am – 5.30 pm)

Salary: Based on experience (EPF, SOCSO, EIS)

Job Task:

• Quotation, VO & progress claim
• Site measurement & Drawing
• Documentation & cost checking
• Coordination with site team & suppliers
• Assist to Project Manager in planning, execute, and monitor construction work to ensure timely completion.
• Prepare and maintain site reports, work schedules, method statements, and related documentation.
• Prepare material checklist before commencement of works.
• Assist Project Manager to coordinate with subcontractors, clients, and consultants on project matters.
• Track project variations, contractual claims, and report cost impacts to the Project Director.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality in accordance with specifications.
• Maintain records of work, materials, and completed sections.
• Ensure compliance with the Project Quality Plan.
• Assist the Assistant Project Manager in handling engineering and technical matters.
• Perform site measurement, valuation, and maintain related records.
• Assist Project Manager participate in tender and BQ preparation.
• Fresh graduate in civil engineer only encourage to apply.

Requirement:

• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering / Project Engineer / Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Fresh Graduate encouraged to apply or Minimum experience 1 years in field.
