Key Responsibilities

• Engage with viewers during live streams, respond to product inquiries in real time, and maintain an engaging atmosphere to drive viewer retention.
• Execute live promotions (e.g. flash sales, bundle deals) and encourage conversions via TikTok Shop features.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop viral short-form content ideas to drive traffic to live sessions.
• Ensure live stream setup is fully prepared (lighting, product display, background, etc.).
• Present products in a relatable and engaging manner, especially to parent audiences.
• Utilise TikTok Shop tools effectively (e.g. vouchers, giveaways, algorithm-driven engagement tactics).
• Maintain high energy and professionalism throughout live sessions.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in live streaming, hosting, or sales-related roles (e.g. retail, emceeing).
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets or maintain strong concurrent viewership (CCU) is an advantage.
• Experience in the Mother & Baby industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with TikTok Live Studio or OBS is preferred but not required.
• Detail-oriented with strong execution skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive, takes ownership and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
