Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Handle general administrative tasks including documentation, filing, and record keeping.
  • Assist in preparing quotations, reports, and basic project documents.
  • Track project progress, schedules, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Support procurement and basic logistics arrangements.
  • Maintain and update data using Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Assist in day-to-day office operations and ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements

  • Proactive, responsible, and willing to take ownership of tasks.
  • Able to multitask and work independently.
  • Organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills (English required).
  • Ability to communicate in additional languages is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and/or Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs).
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in administrative, coordination, or procurement roles.
  • Interest in renewable energy or engineering-related work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
