We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing freight forwarding team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, emails & digital prospecting
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Promote air freight, sea freight (FCL/LCL) & logistics solutions
• Handle quotations, inquiries & customer follow-ups
• Coordinate closely with operations and customer service teams

Requirements:
Up to 3 years experience in sales / telesales
Business / Logistics / Supply Chain background preferred
Knowledge in shipping processes & Incoterms is an advantage
Familiar with CRM tools (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia / Mandarin / Tamil
Willing to travel when required
