We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Agent for our Kuching and Julau project to oversee daily construction site operations and ensure projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with specifications. The Site Agent will coordinate site activities, supervise workforce and subcontractors, and support the Project Manager in delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily site activities and workforce
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel
• Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings and specifications
• Monitor project progress and report to Project Manager
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site safety requirements (CIDB & DOSH)
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks
• Attend site meetings with client, consultant, and management
• Prepare daily site reports and progress updates
• Monitor materials usage and prevent wastage
• Identify and resolve site issues promptly

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction site supervision
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and site coordination
• Good leadership and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Familiar with local authority requirements and safety standards

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
