Key Responsibilities
1. Video Production
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, social media, and branding purposes.
- Handle end-to-end video production including scripting, filming, lighting, and audio setup.
2. Content Creation (Social Media)
- Create engaging and trendy video content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook.
- Work closely with marketing team to align content with campaign objectives.
3. Editing & Post-Production
- Edit videos using professional software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut).
- Add effects, transitions, music, subtitles, and graphics to enhance content quality.
4. Brand & Creative Direction
- Ensure all video content aligns with brand identity and messaging.
- Contribute creative ideas, storyboards, and concepts for campaigns.
5. Equipment & Setup
- Manage camera equipment, lighting, and audio tools.
- Ensure proper setup during shoots (events, food shoots, interviews, etc.).
6. Trend & Innovation
- Stay updated with latest social media trends, especially TikTok trends.
- Bring fresh, creative ideas to improve engagement and reach.
Requirements & Qualifications
1. Experience Level
Entry Level (0–2 years / Fresh Graduates)
- Basic skills in video shooting and editing.
- Familiar with mobile editing tools (CapCut, VN) or Adobe software.
- Passion for content creation and social media trends.
Mid-Level (2–5 years)
- Proven experience in videography and editing.
- Able to independently handle shoots and post-production.
- Strong storytelling and content planning skills.
Senior Level (5+ years)
- Strong portfolio with commercial or brand projects.
- Ability to lead video projects and guide creative direction.
- Experience managing campaigns or junior team members.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut).
- Knowledge of camera handling, lighting, and audio recording.
- Basic photography skills is an added advantage.
Soft Skills
- Creative thinking and storytelling ability.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle content.
- Knowledge of social media algorithms and content performance.
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva / Adobe).
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
