E-commerce Operation Supervisor – Job Description

Position: E-commerce Operation Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily e-commerce and retail shop operations.
• Ensure all products are properly displayed, updated, and available on all online platforms.
• Monitor online orders, customer chats, WhatsApp inquiries, and ensure excellent customer service.
• Manage barcode labeling, pricing updates, and new product listings in POS and online systems.
• Oversee staff performance and ensure smooth workflow in shop operations.
• Coordinate logistics and courier bookings for timely delivery.
• Monitor inventory, stock accuracy, and product availability.
• Prepare and review weekly operation and sales reports.
• Ensure all online platforms are updated and running efficiently.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues professionally.

Requirements

• Experience in e-commerce, retail, or operations management preferred.
• Good leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Familiar with POS systems and online marketplace platforms.
• Responsible, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Able to lead a team and work under pressure.
• Able to work weekends/public holidays if needed
• Positive attitude and teamwork spirit
• Fast learner and self-motivated
• Punctual and responsible

Comunication

• Able to cummunicate well with customer via Phone calls
• Able to handle customers through Online platform
