Role Overview

We are looking for passionate and dependable Store Leads to oversee daily outlet operations and lead the team on the ground.

As a Store Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, maintaining service and food quality standards, developing team members, and driving overall outlet performance.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leadership, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating great customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth service flow
• Lead, coach, and motivate outlet team members
• Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and SOP standards are consistently maintained
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and manpower planning
• Train and onboard new team members
• Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues professionally
• Monitor inventory, stock ordering, and wastage control
• Ensure strong performance across dine-in, takeaway, and delivery operations
• Drive sales performance and achieve operational targets
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are properly executed
• Maintain a positive, disciplined, and energetic team culture

Requirements

• Previous experience in F&B, retail, or hospitality operations
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication and people management skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Responsible, proactive, and solutions-oriented
• Strong operational discipline and attention to detail
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays
• Fluent in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia
