Responsibilities
- Oversee daily business operations and workflow
- Monitor staff performance and productivity
- Coordinate between departments for smooth operations
- Ensure projects and orders are completed on time
- Develop and improve operational procedures
- Manage scheduling, manpower & task delegation
- Handle customer issues and operational problem-solving
- Prepare operational reports and performance analysis
- Monitor inventory, materials & office resources
- Ensure company policies and quality standards are followed
- Support management in achieving business targets
- Lead and motivate the operations team
- Plan strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Other duties assigned by top management
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
