Job Description:

• Greet customers and hand out menus.
• Take meal and beverage orders from customers and place these orders in the bar counter.
• Make menu recommendations.
• Deliver meals and beverages to tables when they have been prepared.
• Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and report any problems.
• Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy lounge area.
• Carry dirty plates, glasses and silverware to bar counter for cleaning.
• Check that customers are satisfied with their meals and beverages.
• Performs ad hoc duties assigned by the superior.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent
• Prior experience in F&B, lounge, restaurant, or hospitality industry is an advantage
• Able to communicate in basic English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage
• Friendly, responsible, and well-groomed personality
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Team player with positive working attitude
• Able to handle fast-paced working environment
• Punctual and disciplined
• Malaysian citizens preferred

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month

Work Location: In person
