About the Role

We are representing an established manufacturing organization seeking an experienced professional to oversee planning, coordination, inventory management, and operational support within a fast-paced working environment.

The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, planning capabilities, and experience in coordinating cross-functional operational activities to support overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning activities and delivery schedules based on operational requirements.
• Support quotation and documentation processes related to daily operations.
• Monitor inventory movement and ensure smooth coordination of materials and operational resources.
• Work closely with internal teams to support operational efficiency and timely execution of activities.
• Assist in managing procurement and supply coordination activities.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and support continuous operational flow.
• Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers when necessary.
• Support process improvement initiatives and operational enhancement activities.
• Lead and supervise team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in manufacturing, operations, or industrial environment.
• Experience in planning, coordination, inventory management, or operational support functions.
• Familiarity with ISO standards will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with stakeholders across different functions.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
