Job Responsibilities

  • Research and source potential vendors and suppliers
  • Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO)
  • Maintain and update records, documents, and filing systems
  • Prepare cost analysis and price comparison reports
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery from suppliers
  • Prepare monthly reports and documentation
  • Handle petty cash records and reporting
  • Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by superior

Job Requirements

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent
  • Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Responsible, organized, and able to work independently
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin and English

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
