Job Description

Responsibilities

An Account Clerk is responsible for supporting the accounting department by performing basic financial tasks, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely processing of transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record and maintain financial transactions in accounting systems
  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
  • Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments
  • Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies
  • Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and summaries
  • Handle data entry with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Support audits by providing required documentation
  • Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal departments regarding financial matters

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Fresh graduate

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
