Bio-Science Marketing Sdn Bhd is an established and expanding marketing company located in Kepong. We are specialized in supplying health supplement product under ODM/OEM/Private Label. In line with our business expansion, we are looking for qualified candidates to join our expanding team.

Job Function:

Purchasing

• Issue PO on time and follow-up for delivery & arrange for payment.
• Logistics arrangement with courier service or forwarding agent for shipment importation with minimum cost for overseas purchases.
• Negotiate for better pricing, lead time and payment term
• Custom clearance processing including import permit application & declaration.
• Monitor balance stock of each order for raw materials and update stock report monthly.
• Update delivery summary report by end of each week.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers by ensuring the material purchased are delivery on given timeframe.
• Co-ordinate with external shipper on import & export matters, as well as internal warehouse team on arrivals of containers, unloading schedule and warehouse space utilization and arrangement.
• Material forecast, planning and purchase to ensure production team able to run production according to schedule and to ensure on time delivery of finished goods to customer.

Production Planning

• Coordinate with sales & marketing team to determine customer order’s requirements.
• Managing customer lead time ensuring orders are scheduled and delivered on time
• Raw materials planning and inventory control to ensure sufficient raw materials for planned production.
• Work with the GMP factories to manage and control the production schedule
• Ensure production activities are carry out timely to meet the delivery deadline
• Liaise with warehouse and logistic arranging for delivery & collection of goods
• Monitor and review the materials variance for each orders/production
• Liaise closely with other sections including Lab, Production and Sales pertaining to quality issues covering materials, production and finished products.
• Support marketing section pertaining to any issues arising from customer complaint

Requirements

• Working experience in GMP factory will be an added advantage
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ STPM/SPM
• Fresh Graduates from Food Science and other similar field are encouraged to apply
• Good communication skill in Mandarin & English (verbal and written) as this position need to deal with overseas suppliers.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
