About us

We are a fast-growing e-commerce company specializing in the development and management of in-house brands across multiple categories, including Wellness Supplements, Pet Care & Food, Footwear, Personal Care, Fragrance, and Confectionery. Our primary sales channels are e-commerce platforms, with TikTok Shop emerging as our most dynamic growth platform.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign setup and Execution

• Plan, set up and launch Meta Ads campaigns
• Manage campaign structure (CBO/ABO), targeting, placements and budgets
• Ensure proper tracking setup

2. Performance Monitoring & Optimization

• Monitor campaign daily and optimize based on performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS)
• Scale winning campaigns and pause underperforming ads quickly
• Continuously improve campaign efficiency and cost performance

3. Creative Performance Direction

• Work closely with Social Media Content Team
• Provide clear direction on high-performing Hooks, Angles, messaging
• Identify winning creatives and request iterations for scaling

4. Testing & Experimentation

• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences and campaign strategies
• Continuously test new ideas, formats, and offers to improve performance

5. Reporting & Insights

• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations (not just data)
• Align ad performance with overall sales and marketing goals

Requirements

• 1-3 years experience in Meta Ads / Performance Marketing
• Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and campaign structures
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
• Able to work in a fast paced. Performance focused environment
• Good communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
