Job Description

Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Provide general administrative support to the team and management.

2. Assist in managing day-to-day office operations.

3. Draft, write, and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms.

4. Updates relevant reporting.

5. Ensure accuracy and professionalism in all written communications.

6. Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment to ensure availability and functionality.

7. Coordinate office maintenance and service needs as required.

8. Maintain and organize an efficient filing system for easy document retrieval.

9. Ensure all files are up-to-date and appropriately archived.

10. Perform general clerical tasks such as photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.

11. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and deliveries.

12. Undertake additional duties as assigned by the superior to support organizational needs.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Candidate must possess at least SPM.

2. Fresh Graduates are Encouraged to apply.

3. Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office applications, MS Windows, Microsoft Office)

4. Ability to speak in English / Bahasa / Mandarin is an added advantage.

5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 per month
