We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team.

Location : Skudai Area
Working Hours: 8.30 am - 6.00pm (6 days work flexible)
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identifying potential customers through market research, networking, and referrals.
- Generating leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and other outreach strategies.
Client Engagement:
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients.
- Understanding the needs and requirements of clients.
- Conducting presentations and product demonstrations for clients.
- Encourage customers to perform online reviews and performance ratings.
Sales Presentations:
- Creating and delivering persuasive sales presentations.
- Highlighting the features and benefits of the products or services.
- Addressing client concerns and objections.
Quoting and Pricing:
- Providing clients with accurate and competitive price quotes.
- Negotiating terms and conditions of sales agreements.
- Creating and sending proposals.
Closing Deals:
- Working towards achieving sales targets and quotas.
- Closing sales and securing commitments from clients.
- Finalizing contracts and agreements.
- Complete own sales transaction, including payment collection, following company policy.
Stock:
- Responsible for any loss of goods or items.
- Assist in the stock take process.
- Maintain workplace cleanliness.
Market Research:
- Monitoring industry trends and competitor activities.
- Providing feedback to the marketing and product development teams.
- Staying informed about changes in the market that may affect sales.
Customer Service:
- Ensuring customer satisfaction post-sale.
- Addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Maintaining ongoing communication with clients
- Complete the warranty procedure on the same day of receiving returned items.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Keeping detailed records of sales activities and results.
- Analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Generating regular reports for management.
Collaboration:
- Working closely with marketing, customer service, and product development teams.
- Collaborating with other sales team members to share information and best practices.
- Follow superior’s sales direction.
- Act as the key holder for outlet opening and closing in the absence of the superior.
- Required to work remotely when necessary, as determined by management or business needs.
Continuous Learning:
- Staying updated on industry knowledge and product developments.
- Participating in training programs to enhance sales skills.
Adaptability:
- Adapting to changes in the market or company policies.
- Being flexible in approach to meet different customer needs.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
