Job Description

Responsibilities

An Administrator ensures smooth office operations by managing communication, coordination, documentation, and support tasks across departments.

The role requires multitasking ability, and effective communication to keep the workplace efficient and productive.

Key Responsibilities

Office Management

  • Oversee daily office operations
  • Ensure supplies are stocked and systems function properly

Communication

  • Manage inbound/outbound communication including suppliers
  • Liaise between teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders.

Coordination

  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and track deadlines including POs, billing and other admin task.

Documentation & Recordkeeping

  • Maintain employee records, project files, and financial transactions.
  • Prepare reports, memos, and presentations.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
