Responsibilities
A. Financial Management
Prepare daily accounting operations including accounts payable and accounts receivable
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Ensure accurate general ledger maintenance and reconciliations
Monitor cash flow and working capital management
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
B. Accounting Operations
Supervise invoicing, billing, and payment processing
Ensure timely collection of receivables and management of payables
Handle bank reconciliations and expense tracking
Maintain proper documentation and financial records
C. Reporting & Analysis
Prepare management reports and financial performance analysis
Provide insights on cost control and profitability improvement
Analyze variances between actual and budgeted performance
Support decision-making with financial data and insights
D. Compliance & Audit
Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax laws, and company policies
Coordinate internal and external audits
Prepare audit schedules and support audit requirements
Manage tax filings and liaise with tax authorities (if required)
E. Account Management (if client-facing)
Manage financial aspects of key client accounts
Ensure accurate billing and contract financial terms
Work with sales/accounts teams on pricing, invoicing, and credit terms
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
