Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Handle trouble-shooting and liaison with the relevant resource for resolution
Provide network operations centre, technical support and maintenance services for customers
To Maintain good relationship with customers and handle enquiry calls from time to time
Responsible for pre-sales and technical support to clients
Requirements:
T.I./Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
1 - 2 years relevant working experience in IT field
Familiar with Windows, Linux and Unix platforms environment
MCSE 2000 or above, CCNA 2.0 or above Certificate will be an advantage
Hardworking & willing to work under pressure & tight schedule
Outdoor working is required
Pleasant and courteous with good manner and customer handling skills
Experience in application & production support is a plus
